Youth Summer Volunteer Program

Youth Power!

Any student entering grades 7-10 in the fall can join the Youth Power Summer Volunteer Club! Youth who join the program will have the opportunity to:
- learn about volunteering in an interactive way,
- make new friends by interacting with like-minded individuals,
- and have fun!
During the four-day program (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) students will:
- take part in icebreakers that will facilitate their comfort,
- engage in thought provoking discussions,
- and gain hands-on volunteer experience.
The experience gained in this program will aid students in their academic (and professional) pursuits.
Games and other fun activities will fill up the rest of the time, students will also be presented with several opportunities to win prizes. (Limited spots only, please submit the registration form quickly. We can only accommodate 15 youth per week so please be mindful of that as you fill out the weeks that you want to attend.
The Youth Power Summer Volunteer Club is absolutely free and absolutely fun! We hope to encourage youth to understand the value that volunteering has on the community and on their personal growth.
